My sewing machine is NOT my best friend.. I like to sew, I mean I enjoy it but I am not sure if I can sew for living :) I am trying hard to make it beautiful but I am pretty sure I need classes. This owl is a improved version form the last one… I am not totally happy with the result but I like them. I have to keep going in order to get a good result. I will continue with this project next Tuesday, I have plenty time to think about it.

I love treasures and tonight I decided to make a quick treasure! Today I feel cute , I want everything cute !!!! I include some of my friends from Etsy Treasure lovers This time I Included some items by: Mimma Art, Hope Butler Watthanaphand, Ayça Karaoğlan, Little Curly, Andrea Tiffany Seiler, Felt Me Up Designs, Petit and Cute Design, Esther Taal, Carolina Seth, camamiel … Isn’t cute?? It is awesome to have the oportunity to take a closer look to those lovely artist behind some of the Etsy sellers. I would like to have more time to make more treasures and promote more people ! I feel Etsy is a giant community but as long as you keep yourself surrounded by talented, and nice people, you can make friends and keep yourself at “Home”.

I am not really good sewing but at least I like to try :) I love to make patterns from my own illustrations. Today was a sewing day at home! I prepared everything today to transform a basic illustration in a simple felted toy… I made a lot of mistakes in the process but I enjoyed… This owl is only a draft for a new idea that I have in mind… Today was a nice day !

Making treasures in the Etsy Treasure section is really fun. This time I want to introduce this lovely, pink treasure made by my friend Hilal Minda. This time she choose “Pink Lemonade” as the topic for her Treasure and featured some friends from our Facebook group: “ETSY TREASURE LOVERS” . This group was created just last month and so far we are 128 members and we have a schedule for July Treasures.
The idea with the “ETSY TREASURE LOVERS” is create together Treasure list and promote other people’s work. It is fun and every day we have a new treasure :) I was so lucky this time Hilal Minda included me in her treasure and I am so honored :)
