An ugly day

 

 

Yesterday I didn’t feel good… It was apparently a good day, I woke up as usual, took my breakfast, checked my facebook, my email , my store… then I start feeling sad and frustrated , tired… I have been working really hard in my store, trying to put everything nice and clear… It is hard to start again, take time and patience (something I don’t have sometimes) … then I decided to make something different… I took a Fedex Box, I cut it in pieces and I made this two pieces.. Then I remembered Andrea’s Interview … when I asked :

2. How did you start with your art?

I honestly started this style of art after taking an online class with Suzi Blu.

I had no clue about Suzi Blu. I am new in this Mixed Media technique… forgive my ignorance … I Google it and it was like open a big window !! wow she is not only good … she is so INSPIRATIONAL …

She has lots of Art-inspirational videos. She talk about love, how start a life book, how sometimes we stop our creative process only because we think it is not good enough… I was feeling that way yesterday… I forget for a moment who I am, and all the things that I have accomplished in a short time… Maybe I need a reminder.

In the last 2.5  years I have:

1. Leave my country, family, friends, job, carrier  because of  love.

2. Get married.

3. Learn English

4. Teach myself Web Design.

5. Started my own website, my brand and my little Business

6. Developed all my products (handmade cards, jewelry, toys, illustration)

7. Teach myself Digital Illustration.

8. Designed 6 or 7 websites.

9. opened an Etsy store

10. Learned how to drive

 

Do I have reasons to be scared ? I don’t think so… I need to keep going…

  1. Take a class, you will LOVE it! All I did was a small worshop called Rodeo Girl. The video was great, easy to follow. It was like a spring board and now I can’t stop! :)Andrea
